Paralegal

 

We are looking for a Paralegal to join us.  A brand-new position created to support our growth and expansion plans.

 

This is a new and exciting role that will work across both ours and our sister organisation Loomis International.  Our Loomis UK division is where we provide an essential and exceptional service to our customers in the retail and FI world to manage their cash.  In our Loomis International division, they provide an outstanding service in the delivery/collection of high value merchandise including jewellery, paintings, and gold & silver.

 

As part of a small team working closely with internal stakeholders, such as our Commercial and Finance Departments along with our project managers to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risks associated with tendering processes and contractual agreements. You would be responsible for managing, reviewing, and executing tenders and contracts across both divisions.

 

Responsible for supporting the existing revenues of Loomis UK (circa £75m) and Loomis International (circa 140m SFr) and playing a key role in delivering our exciting growth plans with significant focus and investment in new business activities.

 

This role will work closely with Loomis UK’s Commercial Contracts Manager, reporting to Loomis UK’s Finance Director also with a dotted reporting line into the Head of Loomis International.

Specific Requirements

We also have some specific security criteria that you will need to meet:

  • You must be able to pass a criminal record check as well as a personal credit and ID check.
  • You must also have a 5-year employment/unemployment/educational history that we can check and verify.
