What you’ll be doing?

Working within our Customer Service Centre, this outbound role will be very clearly defined across three key areas for the business.  You will be required to contact new prospects that have been received by our internal sales CRM system.  In order to do this successfully you will need to learn about the Loomis products available and be able to talk confidently about the services we can offer to our customers.  You will work closely with the branch network to renew contracts and improve contract governance, identifying opportunities to upsell.  Using our internal systems you will be expected to manage all aspects of service, site and contract terminations.  This is a key role within the Customer Service Centre.

What we are looking for:

You will need to have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.  Due to the complex nature of the enquires, services and products you will need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload throughout your day ensuring you reorganise your focus to remain on track.  Attention to detail is a key skill requirement along with a high level of proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (such as Salesforce).  We are looking for someone with a strong track record in or background in sales who is able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and excellent service delivery.

Specific Requirements

We also have some specific security criteria that you will need to meet:

  • You must be able to pass a criminal record check as well as a personal credit and ID check.
  • You must also have a 5 year employment/unemployment/educational history that we can check and verify.
