The Details

As a Shift Manager, you will be joining a well-trained, supportive and friendly team, providing a vital role of cash supply to your local area.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Cash Centre, overseeing a team of Cash Processors ensuring all orders are completed correctly and on time in a cost-effective manner in accordance with customer service agreements.

You will champion our “Customer First” approach through product knowledge & understanding of the range of Loomis solutions, appreciating customer requirements and quality standards.

The role of a Shift Manager will require working flexibly and support our Loomis values:  People, Integrity, Service.

About you

To succeed as a Shift Manager with Loomis UK you will need to have previous experience as a Shift Manager (or similar level) with strong leadership skills.

We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality and the skills to interact with customers and colleagues alike. You will need to be able to organise your workload, have excellent time management and strive for outstanding customer service.

We are looking for individuals who are self motivated and be able to maximise efficiencies. You will need to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. People management skills as well as experience of performance, absence and development are essential.

You will receive the very best in procedural security training and support as well as ongoing development and career opportunities.

In order to work with us you will need the following:

  • to pass a criminal record check as well as a personal credit and ID check.
  • have a 10 year employment/unemployment/educational history that we can check and verify.
  • be approved to hold an SIA licence. It would be great if you come to us with a licence as this will automatically qualify you for the post-probation rate of pay. We also offer a bonus of £1,000 if you join us with a current valid SIA Licence. If you don’t hold one already, you will be required to attain a licence during your probation period, which we will pay for.
