We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our banking team!
This is a full time (40 hours per week) hybrid role based out of offices in Dunstable. You will be required to be in the office two days per week.
Overview
As a Technical Performance Supervisor, will need to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships, gain confidence in our systems and processes, and be able to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Main responsibilities
- Providing ongoing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the company's ATMs and smart safes
- Be able to assist in diagnosing and resolving faults to ensure appropriate action is taken
- Be the primary point of contact between the banking team and clients regarding technical requirements.
As the successful candidate you will be required to use a variety of monitoring and programming software while assisting engineers, customers and operational crew.
Other duties may include technical, administrative, financial and statistical work along with any ad hoc project work as required.
Due to the nature of our business we have some specific security criteria that you will need to meet:
- You must be able to pass a criminal record check as well as a personal credit and ID check.
- You must also have a 5 year employment/unemployment/educational history that we can check and verify.
